我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫徹(che)德智(zhi)體(ti)(ti)美(mei)勞(lao)全面(mian)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)黨的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)方(fang)針,全面(mian)落實《中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央 國(guo)務院(yuan)關于全面(mian)加強新時代(dai)大中(zhong)小學勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)意見(jian)》精神,大力提升高等職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)學生(sheng)勞(lao)動(dong)素養,形(xing)成體(ti)(ti)現時代(dai)要求、符合(he)育(yu)人規律(lv)、彰顯高職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)特色的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)(ti)系,8月(yue)25日至(zhi)8月(yue)28日,由我校(xiao)(xiao)和中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)關系學院(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心主辦、創想家科(ke)技教(jiao)育(yu)(深圳)有(you)限公司協辦的(de)(de)2020年全國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)導(dao)師研修班(ban)(中(zhong)級),在(zai)線上會議(yi)平臺(tai)成功(gong)舉(ju)辦。

為(wei)優化(hua)勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)師(shi)資供給,本次教師(shi)培訓除了邀請勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)領域相關知(zhi)名學者外,基于勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)本身特質,還邀請了企業代表擔任課程授課講師(shi)。共有來自廣東、廣西(xi)(xi)、貴(gui)州、湖南(nan)、江蘇、內蒙古、陜西(xi)(xi)、浙(zhe)江等(deng)14所職業院(yuan)校(xiao)近30名老師(shi)參加(jia)培訓。

 培訓期間,學(xue)員們分別觀摩(mo)了中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)院(yuan)劉麗紅副校長(chang)(chang)、我校人文學(xue)院(yuan)張克副院(yuan)長(chang)(chang)、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)院(yuan)黨印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)國(guo)美術學(xue)院(yuan)杜銘(ming)秋副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優必選人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負(fu)責(ze)人郭(guo)子琦(qi)、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)院(yuan)李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東(dong)海(hai)涵(han)律師(shi)事(shi)務所主任(ren)律師(shi)吳小波主講(jiang)的(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)歷史演變、政(zheng)策(ce)解讀與(yu)(yu)(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)的(de)職(zhi)責(ze)與(yu)(yu)(yu)倫(lun)理(li)——如何更好(hao)的(de)理(li)解體面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業院(yuan)校勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)的(de)素質能(neng)(neng)力提升”“職(zhi)業院(yuan)校勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)課程設(she)計——臺灣(wan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)發展與(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)踐”“人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)時代下的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)融合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)安全風險與(yu)(yu)(yu)應對政(zheng)策(ce)”七堂(tang)課。專(zhuan)家們表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)(xiang)關政(zheng)策(ce)的(de)進一(yi)步推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)將更加專(zhuan)業化且惠及(ji)更多學(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)資則面臨極(ji)大(da)的(de)挑戰。從長(chang)(chang)遠(yuan)來看,應開設(she)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)(xiang)關專(zhuan)業,培養(yang)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業人才。短期內(nei),應根據學(xue)校目(mu)前師(shi)資情況采(cai)取多種措施(shi),建立(li)專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相(xiang)(xiang)結合的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)資隊伍。

同(tong)時(shi),為深(shen)(shen)入了解(jie)目前高職院校(xiao)勞動教育開展情況,今年3月(yue),我校(xiao)聯合創想(xiang)家教育科技(ji)(深(shen)(shen)圳)有(you)限公司,對覆蓋生源地30個省、自治區、直轄(xia)市的學生及來(lai)自全國(guo)14所高職院校(xiao)的老師開展《全國(guo)高職院校(xiao)勞動教育現狀(zhuang)調查報告藍皮書》專項問卷調研。經(jing)過5個月(yue)的立(li)項、調研論證、問卷發放及回收、電話訪談記(ji)錄、數據(ju)清洗與甄(zhen)別等,共回收有(you)效教師問卷221份(fen),學生問卷2101份(fen),教師訪談記(ji)錄25份(fen)。

調(diao)研專家組成員范苗就調(diao)研報(bao)告中(zhong)學生(sheng)素養現狀(zhuang)、目前勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開展現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題、師資建設(she)現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與實習實訓相結(jie)合(he)(he)的現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與校園文化建設(she)相結(jie)合(he)(he)的現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與社會服務相結(jie)合(he)(he)的現狀(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題等內容(rong)進行分享,讓研修(xiu)班的學員們從數(shu)據中(zhong)更(geng)科(ke)學更(geng)全面的了解目前勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)在高職院校中(zhong)開展的情況(kuang)。

研修班4天的課(ke)程涵蓋勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理(li)論(lun)知識、相關政策導讀(du)、實(shi)(shi)際課(ke)程案例分析、勞動(dong)相關法律知識普及、人工智能(neng)下(xia)的勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)等多個(ge)方(fang)面,最后以(yi)電子(zi)考(kao)卷的形式對學員們進行(xing)考(kao)核(he)。參(can)訓(xun)學員紛紛表示(shi),將以(yi)本次研究班為(wei)新的起(qi)點(dian),進一步加強理(li)論(lun)學習(xi),重塑勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)觀(guan),為(wei)所屬高職院(yuan)校開展勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作貢獻(xian)力量;并(bing)希(xi)望(wang)這樣的培訓(xun)能(neng)夠制度化(hua)、常態化(hua),進一步豐富培訓(xun)內容,在條(tiao)件允許(xu)的情(qing)況下(xia),安排(pai)線下(xia)培訓(xun)課(ke),加入(ru)動(dong)手實(shi)(shi)踐實(shi)(shi)操環節(jie),將勞動(dong)精神貫穿師資培訓(xun)始終(zhong)。
