為深(shen)入(ru)推(tui)進學校數字化轉型,高(gao)質量(liang)落實(shi)好“雙高(gao)”建設(she)各項(xiang)任務,6月28日(ri),深(shen)圳職業技(ji)術學院舉行黨委(wei)理論學習(xi)(xi)中心(xin)組(擴大)學習(xi)(xi)會(hui)(hui),特(te)別邀請(qing)全(quan)國(guo)政協委(wei)員、中國(guo)職業技(ji)術教育(yu)學會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)、教育(yu)部原副部長(chang)魯(lu)昕在京聯(lian)線,作(zuo)題為《人工智能與(yu)經(jing)濟學:“雙高(gao)”建設(she)全(quan)新(xin)領域的(de)全(quan)面建設(she)》專(zhuan)題報告(gao)。會(hui)(hui)議由校黨委(wei)書記、校長(chang)楊(yang)欣斌主(zhu)持。

習近(jin)平總書記高度重視人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)發展,認為(wei)“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)是引領新一(yi)輪科技革(ge)命(ming)和產業(ye)變革(ge)的(de)重要驅動力(li)”,“把(ba)握(wo)全球人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)發展態勢,找(zhao)準(zhun)突破口和主攻方向,培(pei)養大批具有創新能(neng)(neng)力(li)和合作精神的(de)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)才是教育的(de)重要使命(ming)”。

魯(lu)昕(xin)列舉了人(ren)社(she)部發(fa)(fa)布的(de)數字經濟背景(jing)下市場(chang)需(xu)求(qiu)迫(po)切的(de)39個(ge)新(xin)職業(ye),通過(guo)(guo)分析新(xin)職業(ye)、新(xin)知識、新(xin)技術、新(xin)技能(neng),突顯出(chu)工(gong)作場(chang)景(jing)變化對(dui)“雙(shuang)高”專業(ye)建設提出(chu)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)昕(xin)通過(guo)(guo)對(dui)工(gong)信部人(ren)才交流中心發(fa)(fa)布的(de)《工(gong)業(ye)互聯網產業(ye)人(ren)才崗位能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu)》分析,展(zhan)示(shi)了工(gong)業(ye)互聯網產業(ye)人(ren)才8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位的(de)4項(xiang)能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu),系統(tong)總(zong)結(jie)了人(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)高等教育動手能(neng)力(li)數字化和實(shi)訓基地虛擬化轉型的(de)呼喚(huan)。

魯昕希望(wang),在(zai)“雙區(qu)”建(jian)(jian)設的(de)背(bei)景下,“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設的(de)過程中(zhong),深職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)作為“雙高”中(zhong)的(de)“雙高”,要充分探討(tao)如何在(zai)粵港澳大灣(wan)區(qu)的(de)政策環(huan)境、在(zai)新一代信息技術(shu)的(de)創新文化(hua)、在(zai)深職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)工科特(te)色中(zhong)發揮積極(ji)作用,構(gou)建(jian)(jian)新知識體系,構(gou)建(jian)(jian)新課程體系,顛覆專業結構(gou),培養復合性人才,成(cheng)為名副其實的(de)世界(jie)一流(liu)職(zhi)業技術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)。

楊欣(xin)斌在(zai)(zai)總結(jie)中(zhong)表示,魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的(de)報告站(zhan)位(wei)高(gao)(gao)遠、視野開闊,理(li)論深厚、邏輯嚴(yan)密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦(jiao)問題、貼近實際,特別(bie)是結(jie)合(he)(he)我校“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設、專(zhuan)業設置和產教(jiao)融合(he)(he)的(de)情(qing)況提出具體的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)見,對于推動學校數字(zi)化(hua)轉型,落(luo)(luo)實好“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設,科(ke)學謀劃“十(shi)四(si)五”期間的(de)思(si)路和舉(ju)措,具有重要的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)義。楊欣(xin)斌要求各單位(wei)深刻(ke)領會、深入研究魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的(de)報告精神,結(jie)合(he)(he)實際抓好貫徹落(luo)(luo)實,努力在(zai)(zai)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設中(zhong)走在(zai)(zai)前列,爭(zheng)當職業教(jiao)育創(chuang)新發展的(de)先(xian)行者。

整場報告歷時(shi)兩(liang)個半小時(shi),全(quan)校(xiao)共(gong)300余人(ren)參(can)加學(xue)習,其(qi)中(zhong),全(quan)體專業主任、教研室主任、實訓室主任在會(hui)場進行集中(zhong)學(xue)習;全(quan)體校(xiao)領導、黨委委員(yuan),全(quan)體中(zhong)層干(gan)部通(tong)過騰訊會(hui)議系統進行線上學(xue)習。
