技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)“復(fu)(fu)合式創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高(gao)素(su)質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職業院校(xiao)提出的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,符合市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也切合技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)(fu)合育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模式改(gai)革,對(dui)職業院校(xiao)的(de)(de)發展與教育教學提出了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育的(de)(de)復(fu)(fu)雜性。作為(wei)傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)主體部(bu)門(men)、教學輔助單位(wei),圖書館理(li)當(dang)主動參(can)與到文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中(zhong)。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實(shi)“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培養理念(nian),一(yi)方面要(yao)求圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華拓展(zhan),衍進(jin)(jin)到書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進(jin)(jin)而推動書香校園,促進(jin)(jin)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一(yi)方面也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設(she)的角度對圖(tu)書館(guan)的具體工作(zuo)提出了新的要(yao)求。
1、豐富文(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)(shi)圖書館永恒的主題,今后(hou)應(ying)有(you)三個(ge)轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)化內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)優化結構,三是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)抓好特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)化與(yu)校園文(wen)化發(fa)展的基礎(chu)。為形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有(you)效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)化特(te)(te)色(se),應(ying)進(jin)一(yi)步與(yu)學(xue)校各部門及校外(wai)單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文(wen)化專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如(ru)職業素(su)養(yang)、地方文(wen)化、高職文(wen)化的收(shou)藏(zang),一(yi)旦(dan)形成(cheng)規模,就進(jin)行歸納整(zheng)理,集(ji)中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中(zhong),應(ying)有(you)意識地進(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采購,形成(cheng)特(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)化藏(zang)書。也(ye)可發(fa)揮博物館功(gong)能,收(shou)集(ji)地方文(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質(zhi)遺產,接受私(si)人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據庫(ku)或特(te)(te)藏(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注(zhu)重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵(jian)要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應(ying)建立一套基本的(de)(de)能滿足讀(du)者(zhe)需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教(jiao)師(shi)或重點團(tuan)隊在縱(zong)深層次的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)科(ke)研活動中對(dui)文(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)需求,其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫,引進(jin)新技術讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更(geng)廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館等(deng),促進(jin)與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)(de)信息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集(ji)之(zhi)(zhi)地(di)。面向未(wei)來(lai),我們提出除了要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信(xin)息(xi)中心之(zhi)(zhi)外,還要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)習交流中心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)中心和宣傳(chuan)教(jiao)育中心,實(shi)現由傳(chuan)統(tong)大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)際(ji)上賦予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai),成為學(xue)校育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)渠道(dao)。近年(nian)來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推(tui)介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)評競賽和技能比賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有(you)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)建立了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以(yi)后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精(jing)彩,還要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校園,并且走(zou)出校門,配合教(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題活(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務。
