[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)特有的(de)(de)文化(hua)底(di)蘊和文化(hua)地(di)位,對整個社會(hui)的(de)(de)文化(hua)大發展,甚而對經濟、科(ke)研、社會(hui)文明等方面的(de)(de)進步起著舉足(zu)輕重(zhong)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館作(zuo)為古今(jin)中外最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)場(chang)所、文化(hua)天地(di),肩(jian)負著特別的(de)(de)文化(hua)使命(ming)和任務。高校圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館在為教(jiao)學(xue)科(ke)研服務的(de)(de)同時,更有著直接參(can)與文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復合式(shi)創新(xin)型(xing)高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期對職業(ye)院校(xiao)提出(chu)的新(xin)要求,符合市(shi)場對新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)的新(xin)變(bian)化(hua)(hua),也切合技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)未來(lai)發展的方向。全面(mian)推進“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)、復合育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式(shi)改革,對職業(ye)院校(xiao)的發展與教育教學(xue)提出(chu)了(le)新(xin)的挑戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育的復雜性(xing)。作(zuo)為傳統的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)主體部門、教學(xue)輔(fu)助(zhu)單(dan)位,圖(tu)書館理(li)當主動參與到文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)(de)人才培養理念,一方(fang)面要求圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華(hua)拓展,衍進(jin)到書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一方(fang)面也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)(de)角(jiao)度對(dui)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)具體工作提出(chu)了新的(de)(de)要求。

  1、豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖書(shu)(shu)館永恒的主題,今后應有三個轉變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要(yao)優化(hua)結構,三是(shi)重點抓好特色資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖書(shu)(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)的基礎。為形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的針(zhen)對性、有效性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特色,應進一(yi)步與學(xue)校各部(bu)門(men)及校外單位合作(zuo),加強合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題如(ru)職業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)規模,就進行歸納(na)整理(li),集中收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中,應有意識地進行專(zhuan)題采購,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)特色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)(shu)。也可發(fa)揮博物館功能,收(shou)集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物質遺產,接(jie)受私人專(zhuan)題藏(zang)(zang)品(pin),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)題數據庫(ku)或特藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代(dai)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重(zhong)(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影(ying)響師生,通(tong)過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人(ren)。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應(ying)建立一套基本的(de)(de)能滿足讀者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在此基礎上(shang),要(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足教(jiao)師或重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)團隊在縱深層次的(de)(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研(yan)活動中對文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)需求(qiu),其次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上(shang)下功夫,引進(jin)新技術(shu)讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)等,促進(jin)與(yu)讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)校園(yuan)師(shi)生(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集之地。面向未來,我們提出除了要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息(xi)中心之外,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學習(xi)交流中心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中心和(he)宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中心,實現由(you)傳統大學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新(xin)(xin)型大學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型。這(zhe)種轉(zhuan)型實際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為(wei)學校育(yu)人的(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道(dao)。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規(gui)服務的(de)同(tong)時,大量(liang)舉辦主題文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍(long)、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和(he)技能比賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)(guan)內每月有(you)新(xin)(xin)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)頻率,通過(guo)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)(yu)學生(sheng)的(de)讀者協會,與(yu)(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)立(li)了廣(guang)泛的(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出館(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入(ru)校園(yuan),并(bing)且走(zou)出校門(men),配合教(jiao)學活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或(huo)師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)專題活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務。
