[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)特(te)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)地位(wei),對整(zheng)個社(she)會的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,甚而對經濟、科研、社(she)會文(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步(bu)起(qi)著舉(ju)足輕重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)作用。圖書(shu)館作為(wei)古今中外最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)藏書(shu)場所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著特(te)別(bie)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)使(shi)命(ming)和任務(wu)(wu)。高(gao)校圖書(shu)館在為(wei)教(jiao)學科研服(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,更有(you)著直接(jie)參與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要使(shi)命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復合式創新型(xing)高素(su)質(zhi)高技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新時期(qi)對(dui)職業(ye)(ye)院校提(ti)出的(de)(de)(de)新要求,符合市場對(dui)新型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)新變化(hua)(hua)(hua),也切合技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未(wei)來(lai)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向。全面推進(jin)“文化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復合育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養模(mo)式改革,對(dui)職業(ye)(ye)院校的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)與教育(yu)教學(xue)提(ti)出了新的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)復雜(za)性。作(zuo)為傳統的(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)主(zhu)(zhu)體部門、教學(xue)輔助單位,圖(tu)書館理當主(zhu)(zhu)動參(can)與到文化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)中。

  從(cong)(cong)單(dan)一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)專業要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專業群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從(cong)(cong)適應(ying)崗(gang)位到(dao)(dao)工(gong)作創(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本綜合(he)發展(zhan),現代技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理(li)念與(yu)定位有(you)根(gen)本性轉變(bian),對高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而言,自身定位與(yu)工(gong)作責任必須進行變(bian)革。第(di)一(yi),努力(li)(li)(li)拓展(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵,必須要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳(tiao)出圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)中心開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)資源建(jian)(jian)設和服務(wu)提升,依復合(he)型、創(chuang)新(xin)型要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來采購圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善閱讀環境(jing),開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)服務(wu),更(geng)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參(can)與(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)第(di)一(yi)線。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可(ke)以全程(cheng)介入(ru)(ru)教(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)(ge)過程(cheng),從(cong)(cong)而在實(shi)踐中使圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)轉化(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),擴大圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵與(yu)外(wai)延,著力(li)(li)(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大發展(zhan)。第(di)二,著力(li)(li)(li)打(da)造(zao)新(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開(kai)(kai),不僅(jin)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)素養課程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)設問題,更(geng)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大環境(jing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設問題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)(jian)設,是一(yi)個(ge)(ge)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓(rang)(rang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)香(xiang)彌(mi)漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃(nong)郁。第(di)三,不斷放(fang)大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設與(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)十分(fen)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設中,應(ying)該根(gen)據時代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組織各方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)(li)量,從(cong)(cong)不同角度完(wan)善、充實(shi)、放(fang)大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社會服務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面(mian)成長相結(jie)合(he),激勵教(jiao)師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)造(zao)中來。抓住德育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)主線,用不同形式和方法(fa)提高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)社會公德、職業道(dao)德與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)品德。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)凝聚上(shang)升到(dao)(dao)大學(xue)(xue)精(jing)神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)為(wei)基(ji)礎,逐步形成學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)風格與(yu)精(jing)神內核,塑(su)造(zao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提升學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理念,一方面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓展,衍(yan)進(jin)到書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發(fa)展,另(ling)一方面也從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)角(jiao)度對圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)具體工作提(ti)出(chu)了新的(de)要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)永恒的主(zhu)題(ti),今后應(ying)(ying)有三(san)個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)重點抓好特(te)色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的基(ji)礎。為(wei)形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的針對性、有效性與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se)(se)(se),應(ying)(ying)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步與(yu)(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)(xiao)外單(dan)位合(he)作(zuo)(zuo),加(jia)強合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加(jia)強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職(zhi)業素(su)養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就進(jin)(jin)行(xing)歸納(na)整理,集(ji)中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)(ying)有意識(shi)地(di)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)專題(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)(xing)成特(te)色(se)(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也(ye)可發揮(hui)博物(wu)(wu)館(guan)功能,收(shou)集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)(wu)質遺產,接受(shou)私人專題(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)成專題(ti)數據(ju)庫或特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室(shi)。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要(yao)做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日(ri)常應建(jian)立一(yi)套基本的(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者(zhe)需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在此基礎上(shang),要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重點團隊在縱(zong)深層(ceng)次的(de)教學科(ke)研活動(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)個(ge)性需(xu)求(qiu),其次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上(shang)下功夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率(lv)更高(gao),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短(duan)信(xin)(xin)、聊天群、手(shou)機圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。

  3、廣開文(wen)化活動(dong)(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)化平臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園師(shi)生最重要的(de)(de)(de)聚集之地(di)。面向(xiang)未來,我們提出除了(le)(le)要把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成資(zi)源信息中心(xin)之外,還要建(jian)成學(xue)習交流中心(xin)、文(wen)化活動(dong)(dong)中心(xin)和(he)宣(xuan)傳教育中心(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一(yi)流、現(xian)代、新(xin)型大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化功能,不(bu)斷(duan)拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化活動(dong)(dong)平臺(tai),成為(wei)學(xue)校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常規(gui)服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)化展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和(he)技能比(bi)賽等,保持了(le)(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)化活動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生建(jian)立了(le)(le)廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以(yi)后(hou),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不(bu)斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化活動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并且(qie)走出校(xiao)門(men),配合教學(xue)活動(dong)(dong)或(huo)師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)活動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化服務(wu)。
