[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)特有(you)的(de)文(wen)化底蘊和文(wen)化地位(wei),對整個社會的(de)文(wen)化大發展,甚而(er)對經濟、科(ke)研、社會文(wen)明等方面的(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)作用。圖書(shu)館作為古今(jin)中外最重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)藏書(shu)場所、文(wen)化天地,肩負(fu)著(zhu)特別(bie)的(de)文(wen)化使(shi)命(ming)和任務。高(gao)校圖書(shu)館在為教學科(ke)研服務的(de)同時(shi),更有(you)著(zhu)直接參(can)與文(wen)化育人的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要使(shi)命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復(fu)合式創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對職業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校提(ti)出的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要(yao)求,符(fu)合市場(chang)對新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也(ye)切合技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)未(wei)來發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)方向。全(quan)面(mian)推(tui)進“文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同(tong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式改(gai)革,對職業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展與教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)提(ti)出了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也(ye)說明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)。作(zuo)為傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)主(zhu)體(ti)部門、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理當(dang)主(zhu)動參(can)與到文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)中。

  從(cong)(cong)單一的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)要求到(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)科或專(zhuan)業(ye)群要求,從(cong)(cong)適(shi)應崗位(wei)到(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,從(cong)(cong)“工(gong)(gong)具”人(ren)到(dao)(dao)(dao)以人(ren)為(wei)本綜(zong)合發(fa)展(zhan),現代技(ji)能人(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)(yu)定位(wei)有(you)根本性(xing)轉變,對高校(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館而(er)(er)言,自身(shen)定位(wei)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)責任必須進行變革。第(di)一,努(nu)力(li)拓展(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵,必須要跳出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華到(dao)(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館要以育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心開(kai)展(zhan)資源(yuan)建(jian)設和服(fu)務(wu)提(ti)升(sheng),依復合型、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新型要求來采購圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)、完善閱讀(du)環境,開(kai)展(zhan)多層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更(geng)要走(zou)出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館,參與(yu)(yu)到(dao)(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第(di)一線(xian)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館可以全(quan)程介入教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)過程,從(cong)(cong)而(er)(er)在實踐中(zhong)(zhong)使(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)(yu)外延,著(zhu)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發(fa)展(zhan)。第(di)二,著(zhu)力(li)打造新型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開(kai),不(bu)僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)設問題,更(geng)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環境與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)新渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設問題,推(tui)進書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是一個(ge)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)切入點。要讓學(xue)生愛書(shu)、看(kan)書(shu)、戀書(shu),讓書(shu)之香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁(yu)。第(di)三,不(bu)斷放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能。學(xue)校(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新十(shi)分重(zhong)要,書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要部分。在書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong),應該根據時代需要、學(xue)校(xiao)特(te)(te)色,組(zu)織各方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)力(li)量,從(cong)(cong)不(bu)同角度完善、充實、放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)功(gong)(gong)能。要將教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、研(yan)究(jiu)、社(she)會服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新與(yu)(yu)學(xue)生全(quan)面成長相結合,激(ji)勵教(jiao)(jiao)師投(tou)身(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造中(zhong)(zhong)來。抓住德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)主線(xian),用不(bu)同形式和方法提(ti)高學(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)會公德(de)、職(zhi)業(ye)道德(de)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德(de)。要把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到(dao)(dao)(dao)大(da)學(xue)精(jing)神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步形成學(xue)校(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精(jing)神內(nei)核(he),塑造學(xue)生,提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落(luo)實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方面(mian)要求圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華拓展,衍進到(dao)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推動書香校園(yuan)(yuan),促(cu)進校園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發(fa)展,另一方面(mian)也從(cong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對(dui)圖(tu)書館的(de)具體工(gong)作提出(chu)了新的(de)要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)永恒的主題(ti)(ti),今后應有(you)三個轉(zhuan)變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三是(shi)(shi)重點抓好特(te)色資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的基(ji)礎(chu)。為形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)的針對(dui)性、有(you)效性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應進一(yi)步與學校各(ge)部門及校外單(dan)位合作(zuo),加強合作(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職(zhi)業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang)(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)規模,就進行(xing)(xing)歸納整理,集(ji)中收藏(zang)(zang)(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常采購中,應有(you)意識地進行(xing)(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)特(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發(fa)揮博物(wu)館(guan)(guan)功能,收集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)料(liao)、非物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接受私(si)人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數(shu)據庫(ku)或(huo)特(te)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)機構,傳(chuan)統圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而(er)現代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)影響(xiang)師生(sheng),通過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵要(yao)做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)的多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立一套基本的能滿足讀者(zhe)需求(qiu)的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系,在此(ci)基礎上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),開展文(wen)獻信息(xi)的個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿足教師或重(zhong)點團(tuan)隊在縱深層次的教學科研活(huo)動中對文(wen)獻信息(xi)的個性(xing)需求(qiu),其次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)務(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法上下功(gong)夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短(duan)信、聊(liao)天群(qun)、手(shou)機圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀者(zhe)的信息(xi)交(jiao)流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校園(yuan)師生(sheng)(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集(ji)之地。面向(xiang)未來,我們提出(chu)除了(le)要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)建成資源信息中心之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成學習(xi)交流中心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)中心和(he)宣傳教(jiao)育中心,實現(xian)由傳統大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)向(xiang)一流、現(xian)代、新(xin)(xin)型(xing)大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多(duo)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)平臺,成為學校育人的(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做好(hao)常規服務的(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏推(tui)介(jie)、閱讀(du)沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和(he)技能比賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)內(nei)每月(yue)有新(xin)(xin)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)的(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師的(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)讀(du)者協會,與師生(sheng)(sheng)建立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)聯系(xi)。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)內(nei)各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩(cai),還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)舍,深入校園(yuan),并且走出(chu)校門,配合教(jiao)學活動(dong)或師生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活動(dong),開展(zhan)(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
