
宋李(li)(li)翔,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦負責(ze)人。雖(sui)說是(shi)今(jin)年初從管理學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗來(lai)到數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但(dan)從進校(xiao)伊始,宋李(li)(li)翔已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理工作崗位辛勤耕耘(yun)九(jiu)個(ge)年頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊伍(wu)中(zhong)品格優(you)秀(xiu)、勤勉擔當、經驗豐(feng)富的(de)中(zhong)堅力量(liang)。
自“不(bu)忘初心(xin)(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)(shi)命”主題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)展以來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應校黨(dang)委和(he)學院(yuan)黨(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)的號召,根(gen)據(ju)學校黨(dang)委和(he)學院(yuan)有關“不(bu)忘初心(xin)(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)(shi)命”主題(ti)教育(yu)統一部(bu)(bu)署和(he)安排,積(ji)極組(zu)織(zhi)學院(yuan)學生支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的各項工(gong)作(zuo),將黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)與學生日常工(gong)作(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實(shi)(shi),找準基層黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建(jian)(jian)設的重點,扎實(shi)(shi)推進各項工(gong)作(zuo)的開(kai)展,工(gong)作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近學生、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)(shi)際、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服務于學生成長成才,展現了學生黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記(ji)應有的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

jian)設(she)(she)實現了(le)(le)(le)深度(du)融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)注意(yi)整(zheng)合資(zi)源,借助外力(li)提(ti)升部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平。半(ban)年(nian)(nian)來2次主(zhu)動聯(lian)系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心(xin)理(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通(tong)過借助專業力(li)量提(ti)升對(dui)重(zhong)點(dian)關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)管理(li)(li)能(neng)力(li)和(he)(he)應對(dui)水平。積(ji)極發(fa)揮新媒體(ti)(ti)平臺在思(si)(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組織策劃迎新系列(lie)(lie)推(tui)文、國慶70周年(nian)(nian)系列(lie)(lie)活動、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)說推(tui)文等(deng)(deng)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推(tui)文,深受新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋(song)李翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔當(dang),身先士(shi)卒,高(gao)度自律。每天早上提前(qian)一(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛(ai)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建(jian)(jian)設,通過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動等(deng)方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)(tuan)結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況,及時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)(dao)員反饋早晚(wan)修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走訪(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等(deng)形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態(tai),及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難。自開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人次,宿舍走訪(fang)4次。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養(yang)特(te)點(dian),有針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)片,將活動育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人理念落實(shi)到位。同時(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)(bu)(bu)放棄引(yin)導(dao)(dao)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰(peng)硬的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主(zhu)任(ren)、輔導(dao)(dao)員一(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)引(yin)導(dao)(dao)。羅馬(ma)城不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)天建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)設也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)嚴于律己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能讓新時(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)俱(ju)進,勇(yong)往直前(qian)。
