
宋李翔(xiang),中(zhong)共黨員,數創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)工辦負責人。雖(sui)說是今年初(chu)從(cong)管(guan)理(li)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗來到(dao)數創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從(cong)進(jin)校伊始,宋李翔(xiang)已(yi)在學(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工作崗位(wei)辛勤耕耘九個年頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工隊(dui)伍中(zhong)品格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力量。
自(zi)“不忘(wang)(wang)初心(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展以來,宋李翔積(ji)極(ji)響應(ying)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)的號召,根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有關“不忘(wang)(wang)初心(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)(zhu)題教育(yu)統一部署和安排(pai),積(ji)極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部的各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部署、共落實(shi),找準基層(ceng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部建設(she)的重點,扎實(shi)推進各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的開展,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身先士(shi)卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際(ji)、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才,展現(xian)了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部書記(ji)應(ying)有的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)為學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)書記,宋李翔深知展(zhan)示支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)影響力和(he)(he)(he)號(hao)召力,發(fa)揮團結引領(ling)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),形成(cheng)磁場(chang)效(xiao)應在(zai)(zai)大學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想政(zheng)治教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要性。因此(ci),他主(zhu)動與綜(zong)合(he)素養突出、具有較強學(xue)業(ye)拼搏精神和(he)(he)(he)過(guo)(guo)硬政(zheng)治素養的(de)(de)(de)(de)同學(xue)積極(ji)(ji)(ji)接觸(chu),通過(guo)(guo)積極(ji)(ji)(ji)分子座談、發(fa)展(zhan)對象(xiang)談話等形式將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)這一(yi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心工作(zuo)落實到位。他時刻提醒積極(ji)(ji)(ji)分子、發(fa)展(zhan)對象(xiang)和(he)(he)(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)處理好(hao)(hao)日常學(xue)習(xi)與做好(hao)(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系(xi)、政(zheng)治理論學(xue)習(xi)與主(zhu)業(ye)課(ke)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系(xi),使支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)涌(yong)現出如梁家茵、溫嘉慶等綜(zong)合(he)素質突出的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)。認真貫徹落實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣(guang)東(dong)省委(wei)、深圳市委(wei)和(he)(he)(he)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各項部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)署(shu),積極(ji)(ji)(ji)召集支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)全體師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)開展(zhan)學(xue)習(xi)《習(xi)近平新(xin)時代中(zhong)國(guo)特色社(she)會主(zhu)義(yi)思(si)想學(xue)習(xi)綱(gang)要》、習(xi)總書記關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)講話和(he)(he)(he)中(zhong)央的(de)(de)(de)(de)有關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)署(shu)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)活動。在(zai)(zai)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)入(ru)學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)第一(yi)時間(jian)開展(zhan)入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),利用(yong)(yong)早(zao)晚(wan)修時間(jian),組(zu)織全體2019級新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看(kan)《我(wo)們走在(zai)(zai)大路上》專(zhuan)題片,積極(ji)(ji)(ji)弘揚(yang)愛國(guo)熱情。認真對照校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文件,嚴格規范學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)“三會一(yi)課(ke)”記錄,支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)會議記錄本(ben)被(bei)當成(cheng)標桿記錄本(ben)在(zai)(zai)學(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)習(xi)。宋李翔努力為師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)排憂解難(nan),積極(ji)(ji)(ji)解答(da)新(xin)發(fa)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)工黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)在(zai)(zai)發(fa)展(zhan)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)疑惑和(he)(he)(he)困難(nan),利用(yong)(yong)暑假主(zhu)動為畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)聯系(xi)組(zu)織關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移單位,耐(nai)心解答(da)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各種問題,大力協助(zhu)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)完成(cheng)組(zu)織關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移,深受畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)好(hao)(hao)評。

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔(dan)當,身先(xian)士卒,高(gao)度自律。每(mei)天早上提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍內部建設,通過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊活(huo)動等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造(zao)出團(tuan)結(jie)協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉獻的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情況(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導員(yuan)反饋早晚修(xiu)情況(kuang)。積極(ji)通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解難。自開展主題教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會(hui)2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿(su)舍(she)走訪(fang)4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)(he)培養特點,有(you)(you)針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)性(xing)的(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動育人、文化育人理念落實到(dao)位。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引導教(jiao)育,而是通過(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰(peng)硬的(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任(ren)、輔(fu)導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)進行后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育引導。羅馬(ma)城不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊建設也不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有(you)(you)通過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和(he)(he)正能(neng)量(liang)的(de)積極(ji)傳遞才(cai)能(neng)讓(rang)新時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建設與時(shi)(shi)俱進,勇(yong)往直前(qian)。
