
宋李翔,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員(yuan),數(shu)創學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)工辦負責人。雖說是今(jin)年(nian)初從管理(li)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)(gang)來到數(shu)創學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進校伊始,宋李翔已在學(xue)生管理(li)工作崗(gang)(gang)位辛勤(qin)(qin)耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格優秀、勤(qin)(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅(jian)力(li)量。
自“不忘(wang)初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展以來,宋(song)李翔積極(ji)響應校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)號召,根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院有關“不忘(wang)初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育(yu)統一部(bu)署(shu)和安(an)排,積極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署(shu)、共落實,找準基層(ceng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)建(jian)設(she)的(de)重點,扎實推進(jin)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍(wu),服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長(chang)成才,展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應有的(de)風(feng)采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

“引”字為重 對學生的思想引領絕不放松

(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織策劃迎新系(xi)(xi)列(lie)推(tui)文(wen)、國(guo)慶(qing)70周年系(xi)(xi)列(lie)活動(dong)(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)年說推(tui)文(wen)等(deng)(deng)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推(tui)文(wen),深(shen)受新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)敢(gan)于擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高度(du)自律。每(mei)天早(zao)(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)個離(li)開(kai)(kai)辦公室,關愛團隊(dui)成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)內(nei)部建設,通(tong)過專(zhuan)題(ti)研討、團隊(dui)成員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團隊(dui)活動(dong)等方(fang)式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出(chu)團結協作(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻(xian)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周(zhou)2次實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)(zao)修(xiu)情(qing)況,及(ji)時向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反(fan)饋早(zao)(zao)晚修(xiu)情(qing)況。積極通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等形(xing)式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)動(dong)態,及(ji)時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解(jie)難(nan)。自開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主題(ti)教育工(gong)作(zuo)以來,主持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人次,宿(su)舍走訪4次。工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培養特點,有針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育人、文化育人理念落實到位。同(tong)時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導(dao)教育,而是(shi)(shi)通(tong)過嚴(yan)要求,敢(gan)碰硬(ying)的(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育引導(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建成的(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)團隊(dui)建設也不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴(yan)于律己的(de)作(zuo)風和正能量的(de)積極傳遞才能讓新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建設與時俱進,勇往直前。
